Please join the Respect Life Office for Life Advocacy Day. The Respect Life Office asks the faithful of the Archdiocese of Chicago to pray this prayer daily in support of those who will be traveling to Springfield to advocate for Life with our legislators. We would like to have at least one (1) person from each Illinois Legislative District to attend the Call To Prayer For Illinois on April 5th and to visit the office of their Senator or Representative. Nativity Scene Installation at Illinois State Capitol
On Tuesday, November 30th, the Springfield Nativity Scene Committee (SNSC) will host its 13th ceremony to honor the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The event will take place from 12:00 noon till 1:00 p.m. in the state capitol Rotunda.
