By all standards and metrics, America has a mental health crisis. Not only that, but it also has a moral crisis. The number of people who are seeking help for unwanted behaviors and emotions is growing by leaps and bounds. What is more, the link between mental health and spiritual health is undeniable.

In Part 1, I relayed a conversation I had with a man on an airplane who recited the standard line about abortion being a "woman's choice" to justify his lack of opinion on the matter. I expressed my recent conviction about how wrong this perspective is, as well as my growing frustration with men who shirk their responsibility to speak up for the vulnerable.

His videos generally star him and a small group of his friends. MrBeast is incredibly popular among tweens and teens, especially boys.

As God’s people, we seek to share the gospel and glorify Him –being salt and light in a lost and dark world. One way that the Holy Spirit seems to be increasingly working through His Church is through movies and television shows, including those produced by Angel Studios such as The Chosen, Sound of Freedom, and now Sound of Hope: The Story of Possum Trot.

Lately, education is all over social media and the subject of many news stories. Specifically of interest is the downfall of government schools. Not only do parents worry about the content their children are being exposed to, but they are also rightfully concerned about the lack of academic excellence being achieved.

Recently, I asked on X, “ In your view, which of these factors is the single most important for the well-being of America? Having the right elected officials? Having a healthy church? A strong economy? Secure borders?”

The Bible says nothing about environmental determinism. We all stand before God and are not free to shift blame to others as Adam and Eve attempted to do in the Garden of Eden. But Scripture does indicate that evil men and women can and certainly do encourage others to sin.
