In an attempt to advance the “War on Woman” narrative, the pink-hat crowd wants to resurrect the 40-year battle to amend the U.S. Constitution and eliminate all sex distinctions. It is absolutely vital that we convince center-right lawmakers that this legislation requires a NO vote. This afternoon, HB 40 passed in the Illinois State Senate by a vote of 33-22. Thirty votes are needed for passage in the Illinois Senate. This bill was passed with a party-line vote by the Democratic majority without one Republican vote, and four Democrats not voting on this controversial proposal.
