“I will not give or back off from my path because you conquered death, Father, so we are not worried about all the repercussions.” That’s a portion of Phil Robertson’s prayer from this past Sunday as reported by Fox News.
We’re standing with Phil and not backing off either. We will continue to be a consistent and powerful voice for faith and family in the Land of Lincoln, for these remaining days of 2013 and on into the 2014 General Assembly session as long as we can count on you to stand with us.
Thank you to all of you who responded to my last message, and to all who have contributed to our year-end campaign by mail, online or by phone! We are making progress toward our goal, but still have a ways to go. If everyone reading this email would give $25, we would easily surpass our goal of raising $50,000 by the end of the month. From now until midnight December 31st every gift to The Illinois Family Institute — up to $25,000 — will be doubled. (All donations are tax-deductible.)
