Chloe Cole is a self-described “former trans kid” who de-transitioned after undergoing years of puberty blockers and an irreversible double mastectomy at the age of 15. Now a few years older and wiser, she is traveling across the country to share her story and to encourage the rest of us to speak out against these procedures on children.
Chloe calls it “child abuse” and “medical experimentation.” The left calls it “gender-affirming care,” which consists of puberty blockers, hormone therapy, and any surgery for the purpose of attempting to change the body of an individual to correspond to a sex that differs from their biological sex.

In September 2022, Chloe testified outside Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. in favor of a bill proposed by U.S. Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Georgia-14), that would criminalize gender procedures on minors. The “Protect Children’s Innocence Act” (H.R. 1399) is supported by over 43 other Republican lawmakers.
H.R. 1399, if enacted, would do the following:
- Charge any person who knowingly performs gender-affirming care on a minor with a Class C Felony (10 to 25 years in prison or maximum $250,000 fine).
- Prohibit all taxpayer-funded gender-affirming care.
- Prohibit institutions of higher education from providing instruction on gender-affirming care.
- Deem aliens who have performed gender-affirming care on a minor as ineligible to receive visas or be admitted to the United States.
America’s children are being systematically indoctrinated with perverse gender ideology by teachers, mental health counselors, and on social media platforms. In 2022, President Biden’s Assistant Secretary of Health, Dr. Richard “Rachel” Levine, recently called for the government to “empower kids to go on puberty blockers and obtain sex-reassignment surgery.”

Minor children should not be subjected to any “gender-affirming care,” including puberty blockers, hormone therapy, and sex-change surgeries. Children who are not allowed to drive, vote, or see an R-rated movie should not be encouraged or allowed to make life-altering decisions that will forever alter their healthy bodies.
An UCLA survey reveals that the number of young people who are identifying as “transgender” has doubled in the last five years to about 300,000 in the United States, while the rates of adults identifying as transgender have remained the same. This alarming trend, which affects primarily teen girls, has been called “rapid onset gender dysphoria.” Many believe the dramatic increase in this profoundly unnatural phenomenon results from “social contagion,” which tends to affect adolescents much more than adults. Peer pressure and the growing amplification of social media is fueling this depraved thinking and behavior.
