On May 16, 2023, Christopher F. Rufo, a contributing editor of City Journal, stunned the world with shocking news about the world-renowned Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH).

In the Spring of 2022, Texas Children’s Hospital announced they would stop gender transition medical procedures for children due to “potential legal and criminal liability.” In the wake of this, Texas Children’s Hospital chief pediatrician, Catherine Gordon, who is a staunch advocate for these procedures, promptly resigned.

Many assumed that the procedures conducted at the hospital had ended due to the public statements and Gordon’s resignation.

The truth was quite the opposite. Rufo reported,

I have obtained exclusive whistleblower documents* showing that, despite its public statements, the Houston-based children’s hospital– the largest in the United States– has secretly continued to perform transgender medical interventions, including the use of implantable puberty blockers, on minor children…

*Documents can be found at the bottom of the page.

On January 12, 2024, the anonymous whistleblower revealed himself as Eithan Haim, a general surgeon from TCH:

I am the anonymous whistleblower who… exposed how Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH), one of the world’s largest and most prestigious children’s hospitals, was lying to the public about the existence of its transgender-medicine program…

I knew that it was my moral responsibility to expose what was happening to these children…

What happened next is no surprise. Haim recounts,

Just over a month later, on June 23rd, 2023, a few hours before my graduation from surgical training, two federal agents showed up to my apartment in a highly typical, unexpected, and aggressive show of force…

I was given a target letter signed by a federal prosecutor that stated I was being criminally investigated for a case regarding “medical records.”

Haim, along with his legal team, is still immersed in court battles, and at a very high cost:

We spent the entirety of our retirement, investments, savings, and almost all of our disposable income to pay the legal bills to keep the case alive.

Because of the financial straits this case has put him in, Haim has launched a Give Send Go account on behalf of his legal team, Burke Law Group.

Haim, along with others who stand up for truth and the protection of children, is the target of the radical transgender agenda sweeping the nation.

His legal battle is bigger than just his own family or his medical practice.

Haim’s case and its outcome will affect every physician, every healthcare worker, and every parent. He needs concerned citizens to spread the word and give their prayer and financial support.

Take ACTION:  Please consider making a donation to Eithan Haim’s GiveSendGo Legal Defense Fund today, and then add him and his legal team to your prayer list.
