Iron Sharpens Iron is an equipping conference for women. We not only seek to build up women, but we strive to help and support the local church by providing seminars to equip women to minister to other women in their own local church. Our main objective is to support you, the local church pastor and your women’s ministry leaders.
This conference is not just for the leaders. You just never know who God is preparing a new ministry in. You may have a woman sitting in the wings right now that God is preparing to use to minister to other women. Don’t limit your women’s ministry leadership to just a few. Bring as many women as you can and help them to spread their ministry wings.
We encourage you to bring any and all of your women to ISI. It is a great time for your women to experience being with other women from other churches in your community and region, fostering unity in the Body of Christ.

Millicent Sedra
Millicent Sedra is a passionate preacher from Sydney Australia, known for proclaiming Christ’s truth with courage and clarity. Alongside her husband, Martin, Millicent travels the world to preach the full, un-sugarcoated, often offensive, Word of God; addressing cultural issues head-on. Millicent has a burning desire to see people unashamed of the truth of the Gospel. Her messages inspire boldness and courage in God’s word, and give people reason and logic for the hope they have in Jesus Christ; allowing them to truly be the light in this dark world.
Shaunti Feldhahn
Shaunti Feldhahn received her graduate degree from Harvard University and was an analyst on Wall Street before unexpectedly becoming a social researcher, best-selling author, and popular speaker. Today, she applies her analytical skills to investigating eye-opening, life changing truths about relationships, both at home and in the workplace. Her groundbreaking research-based books, such as For Women Only and For Men Only, have sold more than 3 million copies in 25 languages; her books and studies are popular in homes, counseling centers, and corporations worldwide. Shaunti (often with her husband, Jeff) speaks at events each year around the world, sharing her findings with a wide range of audiences such as churches, corporate conventions, women’s conferences, universities, arena events, marriage seminars, youth camps and cruises (yes, those are particularly painful…). Her research and commentary are regularly featured in media as diverse as The Today Show, Focus on the Family, The New York Times and Family Life. Shaunti, Jeff, and their two adult children live in Atlanta and enjoy every minute of living life at warp speed.
