When we think of the abortion industry, we rightly think of the thousands of murders that occur every day across the country.

The Society of Family Planning, a pro-abortion group, recently released the abortion numbers for 2025.

A staggering 1,126,760 babies were murdered in 2025. And the actual number is much higher due to the untraceable nature of the abortion drug, Mifepristone.

According to the Guttmacher Institute, an organization committed to advancing sexual rights and abortion rights worldwide, “medication abortions” accounted for 63% of all U.S. abortions in 2023.

As staggering as the numbers are, we often forget the after-effects of abortion and the devastating remorse many have after the fact.

The reality is that the abortion industry is another form of human trafficking and exploitation with contempt toward God’s gift of life.

A New Jersey couple recently came forward with shocking news regarding Cherry Hill Women’s Center, an abortion mill located in Cherry Hill, NJ.

According to this couple, whose allegations are given in more detail in the “What Happened to Clementine?” documentary, their 5 month old preborn baby girl was born alive after a failed abortion procedure.

Instead of offering this precious baby girl life-saving care, the clinic killed the baby, who the parents later named Clementine, and harvested her organs.

The reality of this grotesque story is something out of a horror film. And yet, it’s real. And it happens more than you might think.

David Daleiden is a pro-life journalist and founder of the Center for Medical Progress. He states that Cherry Hill Women’s Center has a long history of fetal organ harvesting. He commented on the horrific murder and exploitation of Clementine.

“This is not an isolated incident, this is not just some fluke or highly unusual case…

This is the first case that I’m aware of in over 10 years of looking at this where the actual parents of a child who was killed for fetal organ harvesting have come forward relatively quickly after this all happened and said, ‘We feel we were lied to.’…

This is a suspected true crime murder case about a baby that was born alive, who would have protectable civil rights, and was killed by organ harvesting in a taxpayer funded abortion clinic…

[This case is a] horrific violation of the civil rights of a tiny new American citizen and her parents.”

According to Clementine’s mom, she was confused and just seeking guidance at the women’s center and had no idea what an abortion even was, which is unimaginable in today’s culture

“I don’t know what I was looking for. Not that. Literally had no idea what abortion was. Nobody ever explained anything to me either. I didn’t know what procedures entailed. I didn’t even know if it was legal. Like, I was literally just calling to ask questions.”

Clementine’s mother told the abortion nurses that she was under the influence of a judgment-altering drug, marijuana. Yet, they still went ahead with prepping her for a two-day medical abortion procedure without her informed consent. Later ,she was presented with a form which she didn’t read but signed.

She claimed she thought she was going to die and what she thought was consent for the surgery, was actually consent for fetal organ harvesting.

According to The Daily Caller, the Center for Medical Progress’ new documentary provides more details:

“Medical records obtained by filmmakers indicate Cherry Hill Women’s Center did not ask Clementine’s mother for her consent to be injected with a substance to ‘stop pregnancy growth.’

Filmmakers speculate that Cherry Hill hoped [to] avoid using lethal injection in order to keep the infant intact and avoid tissue degradation caused by lack of blood flow.”

As was mentioned by Daleiden, these are not isolated incidents.

The Daily Caller later reported,

“Daleiden added that the Center for Medical Progress has reviewed Institutional Review Board files from a fetal organ harvesting study at one Planned Parenthood clinic in southern California. In a four-year period, that single clinic recorded nearly 3,000 patients whose aborted babies were harvested.” 

Not only is abortion the brutal murder of an innocent baby, the industry itself is blood-thirsty, greedy and exploitative in nature. Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider, profits from killing babies and harvesting their organs, billing tissue companies tens of thousands of dollars for selling them fetal body parts.

Even though Clementine was born alive, the industry demanded her life. Why? To dissect her body and profit off of it.

We, as Christians, must pray for justice for baby Clementine and precious others whose lives have been abruptly ended. We must pray for mothers who regret their decisions.

And we must make abortion unthinkable.
