This is the last week of session. They are scheduled to adjourn on Friday, May 24th. There are two new bills that just came to our attention. Please take the appropriate action.

These 2 bills that IFI supports are moving forward and have passed out of the chamber in which they originated. Now they will go through the same process in the other chamber. Please take a few minutes to file witness slips and email the appropriate lawmakers.

Please take the time to file witness slips in OPPOSITION to these three bills and contact the appropriate lawmaker, urging a NO vote.

Citizens across the state of Illinois will be casting their votes in today's General Election. Pro-family candidates need your vote. Values Voters must stand up and be counted. Our voice in this midterm election - and in every election - is critical.  So, if you haven't already voted in this election cycle, please make sure you get to the polls today!

And that is especially true in southern Illinois. In this Primary Election cycle there is a striking lack of competition for a majority of state legislative districts.

In 2020, Oregon voters decriminalized possession of small amounts of almost every hard drug. Progressives campaigned in support of this ballot measure, insisting that their state should help treat addiction rather than punish it. The measure passed with 58 percent support.
