Illinois HB 5095 would further enshrine gender ideology into state law by letting people change the sex marker on IDs through self-attestation alone. No proof. No verification. Illinois is moving further from biological reality — and further in the wrong direction.

Mandatory Kindergarten and Eventually Preschool
