As the statistics show, relying solely on them gives organizations a false sense of security while predators—who often have clean records—gain access to children. Surrendering to the Culture
Over the last fifty years, there has been very little change in the approach to protect children from child sexual predators, which is either to lock them up or treat them and hope they become cured. Neither approach works.
