Within the first two weeks of the new year, proponents of physician-assisted suicide was again introduced (HB1328 and SB 9) for the 2025 legislative session. We urge you to ask your state lawmakers to vigorously this anti-life, pro-death agenda.

Implore State Lawmakers to Oppose Assisted Suicide Legislation
We regret to inform you that the Illinois General Assembly will continue to pursue the legalization of physician-assisted suicide (PAS) in our state through SB 3499. This despite opposition from the Illinois State Medical Society, the Catholic Conference of Illinois, and the American Psychiatric Association.
