Chicago Expands Parental Replacement Centers Disguised as “Schools”
Chicago is nearly doubling its “Sustainable Community Schools” program — expanding state control over children’s lives while failing to teach basic reading or math. It’s a taxpayer-funded bid to replace parents, churches, and community with big government.
