Thanks to Illinois Family Action for distributing an important article concerning the three upcoming Illinois Ballot Initiatives. I would like to add a few more biblical ideas to consider before voting on one of the ballot questions...

Debunking Arguments Against Legal Personhood for the Unborn: Part 1

For all that Dobbs did for the fight for life, there's one issue that it conspicuously avoided—whether the unborn are in fact human persons. Dobbs repeatedly made reference to supposed "fetal life," but refused to claim that this fetal life was the life of a person and thus entitled to protection.

Allie Beth Stuckey: What You Should Know About IVF

“There’s over one million embryos estimated to be frozen in the United States right now, indefinitely potentially. And I think these couples struggle so much with what to do with these embryos,” Dr. Rubal tells Allie Beth Stuckey.

Only God Should Play God, Part 3

In our last piece, we continued our series on the troubling moral consequences of various forms of artificial reproduction technology. From the death of hordes of innocent human embryos to the violation of the sacred marriage commitment, the picture doesn't look pretty when man tries to play God. But we're not done yet. Let's look at a couple more implications of this vicious technological trend.

Embryo Adoption: A Life-Affirming Option

Since the Alabama Supreme Court ruled on February 16 that frozen embryos should be recognized and protected as unborn children, Democrats have wrongfully alleged that Republicans want to “ban” in vitro fertilization (IVF). Even President Biden made this accusation during the State of the Union address last Thursday. However, this is not true. Republicans are not wanting to ban IVF.

Womb for Compromise? (Part 1)

Americans are big on choice. We can choose restaurants, automobiles, our clothing, and even where to live. We can make good choices and bad choices. Our prisons are packed with those who’ve chosen the wrong path. Leaders in government often make us wonder, “What were they thinking?” One of the saddest of choices millions of Americans have made is the decision to terminate a human life through abortion. In bizarre fashion, we even call this a “pro-choice” decision. Frightening.
