Embryo Adoption: A Life-Affirming Option
Since the Alabama Supreme Court ruled on February 16 that frozen embryos should be recognized and protected as unborn children, Democrats have wrongfully alleged that Republicans want to “ban” in vitro fertilization (IVF). Even President Biden made this accusation during the State of the Union address last Thursday. However, this is not true. Republicans are not wanting to ban IVF.

Citing Racial Discrimination, Black Leaders Target Roe v. Wade
An Alabama lawsuit on behalf of unborn black babies that’s making its way through the state’s courts is alleging that the abortion industry is deliberately targeting black Americans and other minorities. If successful, the attorneys and activists behind the case claim that it might ultimately lead to the overturning of Roe v. Wade, the 1973 precedent-setting U.S. Supreme Court opinion that struck down state laws against abortion.

Last Friday the Alabama Supreme Court rejected the U.S. Supreme Court’s 5-4 marriage opinion, but some media erroneously reported the exact opposite. Below we demonstrate the fact that the Judgment issued last Friday rejected the U.S. Supreme Court marriage opinion.
On March 3, 2015, the Alabama Supreme Court issued its historic 135-page order in favor of Liberty Counsel’s Emergency Petition for Mandamus, in which the Court upheld the state’s marriage laws and ordered certain named probate judges to cease issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples.
