The abortion industry doesn't want anyone to know that abortion hurts women. Many of us, however, know the truth. From depression and anxiety to an increased risk of substance abuse to physical harm, abortion does hurt women. What many don't know is just how many women are living with the heartache of abortion. It's estimated that nearly one out of every four U.S. women will have an abortion in their lifetime. That's almost 1/4 of American women reeling from the after effects of an abortion. At Southside Pregnancy Center, they are keenly aware of this tragedy. For this reason, SPC's post-abortion ministry Deeper Still Chicago, is hosting a FREE retreat for women in need of healing from their abortion experiences.
