By Julie Roys   |   02.05.16
Would you send your children to a Muslim school? I have yet to find a Christian parent who says yes to that question – and the reason is obvious. We don’t want our kids indoctrinated into Islam. We want them...

By Julie Roys   |   11.09.15
Despite the recent ruling by the U.S. Department of Education against a suburban Chicago high school, no school has to allow boys in girls locker rooms, or vice-versa. That’s according to Matt Sharp, legal counsel with the Alliance Defending Freedom,...

By Julie Roys   |   06.25.15

By Julie Roys   |   10.14.14
Four years ago, if you had predicted that the end-game of the LGBTQ community was to destroy all gender and sexual boundaries, many would have labeled you an extremist on a witch hunt.   I know because I made that prediction. ...
Ignorance is Bliss in a World of “Trigger Warnings”
By Julie Roys   |   06.11.14
Should college professors refrain from discussing abortion because the topic might upset someone in their classroom? After all, what if a student has had an abortion? Understandably, a discussion like this might trigger strong emotions and make the student feel...
Planned Parenthood Exposed
By Julie Roys   |   06.05.14
The group’s name sounds innocuous – even helpful. But, make no mistake, Planned Parenthood is neither. According to a just-released investigative report, it’s a tax-payer funded, baby-killing machine that protects rapists and sex traffickers; facilitates race- and sex-selective abortions; lies...

By Julie Roys   |   05.27.14
I’m convinced one of the most misquoted verses in all of Scripture is Galatians 3:28.  Biblical feminists call this passage “The Magna Carta of Humanity.”  And, they use it to argue that, in Christ, all gender distinctions are abolished.  Yet,...

By Julie Roys   |   05.03.14

“Can you imagine if (Abolitionist William) Wilburforce said, ‘I don’t want to teach about the slave trade. I don’t want to be political. I might turn off someone who needs to hear the gospel’?” So challenged New York Tmes best-selling...
Lent or No Lent?
By Julie Roys   |   03.12.14
Like most evangelicals, I grew up viewing Lent as goofy at best and legalistic at worst.  Most of the kids I observed making Lenten sacrifices didn’t seem the least bit concerned about honoring God; they were just rotely following some...
