Riley Gaines Plans to Appeal to NCAA Lawsuit

A federal judge dismissed Riley Gaines’ lawsuit, ruling the NCAA isn’t bound by Title IX because it receives no direct federal funding. What about its federally funded member colleges? Women deserve privacy and accountability. Riley is appealing.
