At least 10% of children become victims of educator sexual misconduct sometime between kindergarten and 12th grade, almost 25% of Illinois students fall victim to bullying in our schools every year, only a little more than one third of students in grades 3 to 8 read at grade level, and only 27% of those same students are proficient in math.
