The National Nehemiah Alliance is calling believers into a 52-Day Rebuild – a season of prayer\, fasting\, and repentance from September 10 through November 1\, 2026\, coinciding with America’s 250th anniversary. Just as Nehemiah led the rebuilding of Jerusalem’s walls in 52 days\, we believe God is calling His people today to rebuild what has been broken – first within our own lives and homes\, and then our churches\, communities and civil government. The gathering is free but we are asking you to register to attend. \n👉 Register Now for October 2 \nA Word for Illinois\n“Consider your ways.” That’s what God said to His people through the prophet Haggai\, when their priorities had drifted and what mattered most had been set aside (Haggai 1:5-7). Let’s take every opportunity to humble ourselves and receive God’s grace through His gift of repentance – which is the goodness of God giving us the chance to turn back before it’s too late. \nThe prophet Amos put it more urgently still: “Prepare to meet your God.” (Amos 4:12). God is not distant from Illinois. He is near\, and He is asking us to consider our ways and return to Him. \nWe believe this is a moment for the body of Christ in our state to turn to Him with anticipation and hope of His grace\, mercy and forgiveness. \nFor Pastors and Churches: Two Dates to Know\nThe National Nehemiah Alliance’s culminating event – a National Sacred Assembly – will be on the National Mall on Saturday\, October 31\, 2026\, and will be livestreamed. It is a meaningful way for your church to be part of this moment.
