DESCRIPTION:We want to extend a personal invitation to each of you\, to join our families for 2020 ICHE Legislative Days on April 18th in Springfield. It’s an amazing educational smorgasbord for your homeschooling children: history\, current events\, political science\, speech\, interpersonal communication\, P.E.\, architecture\, religion\, art\, law\, and the list goes on and on… Add on fellowship with like-minded believers; it doesn’t get much better than this. \nAs wonderful as these things are\, however\, they are not the main purpose of our gathering. ICHE’s Cherry Pie Day is a proactive effort to remind our legislators–as well as our governor–that homeschoolers are very\, very politically active\, and we zealously protect our hard-fought-for homeschooling rights. It is a worthwhile investment in our children’s and grandchildren’s lives\, as we remember that is much easier to keep our liberties than regain them once they are lost. \nLEARN MORE HERE
