DESCRIPTION:We’re elated to have Riley Gaines as the keynote speaker for our 2025 Faith\, Family & Freedom Banquet! \nA 12-time All-American swimmer\, 2-time Olympic Trail Qualifier\, 5-time SEC Champion\, Riley made waves in the pool long before she made headlines in the fight to protect female athletes. \nAt the 2022 NCAA Division 1 Women’s Swimming & Diving Championships\, Riley tied with 6 foot 1 inch William “Lia” Thomas\, a biological male who now identifies as a female. \nAfter competing against a man in women’s sports\, being forced without warning or consent to undress before the fully intact male\, and being subjected to discrimination by the NCAA\, she became one of the most powerful voices challenging the NCAA\, USA Swimming\, and International Olympic Committee’s unjust policies. \nRiley has testified before the U.S. Senate\, U.S. House\, and countless state legislatures to protect Title IX and defend women’s rights and safety in sports. \n \nYou won’t want to miss the opportunity to hear her incredible story.
