SUMMARY:200th Anniversary of Illinois' Statehood Celebration
DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the 200th anniversary of the statehood of Illinois with us in Springfield\, Illinois Sunday night\, December 2\, 7:00 pm through Monday\, December 3\, 9:00 am – 10:00 pm. Guest speakers\, worshippers\, and intercessors are preparing to come and mark this historic event! This event is hosted by Patti Amsden Ministries. \nThe 54th District State Senator Kyle McCarter will be joining us for the celebration. He was reelected to the Senate in the November 2014 General Election. He will represent the 54th Senate District until 2018\, when he will honor his commitment to a self-imposed term limit. Senator McCarter’s legislative career has been marked by his willingness to step up\, sometimes as a lone voice\, to propose solutions to long-term problems such as government spending and debt\, and a degraded state business and jobs climate.  He has championed education and government fiscal and regulation reform\, and has been a staunch defender of the Second Amendment\, energy consumers and religious freedom. \nOther speakers include: \n\nPatti Amsden of Patti Amsden Ministries\nJames Nesbit of Prepare the Way Ministries\nRoderick Williams of the Chicago Apostolic Center\nRick Curry of Kentucky Awakening\nStan and Delbra Pratt of the Way of Life Church\nRoxie Elliot of Free Indeed Ministries\nApostle Don Lyons of the Faith Center\nBishop Henry Philips of Power of Change\nPastor David Amsden of Navigation Church\nDavid Smith of the Illinois Family Institute\nPastor Scott Reece of the New Hope Church\nRichard “Fritz” Klein of the Abraham Lincoln Portrayal\n\nThe event is free for those coming as an attendee.
